Anne-Marie is a prolific writer, trainer and speaker. Known for her personable style, and that unforgettable British accent, she imparts the truth in palatable nuggets whether she is dealing with small business development or diversity issues.

She has been a consultant for many non-profit organizations including AIDS Interfaith Network, Greater New Haven Business and Professional Association, Math Action Resource Institute and Emergency Shelter Management Service. Training credits include The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch, West Rock Development Corporation, Greater New Haven Negro Business and Professional Women, and the Anti-defamation League to name a few. With more than 20 years experience, Ms. Brungard brings to the table a unique background that blends her thirst for quality and precision from her engineering background; her quest for passion and purpose drawn from her extensive administrative management experience in the social service field; and her desire to change the world through small business.

Anne-Marie has designed, developed and facilitated many customized training programs including specialized training for construction companies, management and organizational development, as well as pre-employment skills training. As the President of New Day Global, LLC she has written, developed and trademarked the successful Visioneering, Successorize, It's A Zoo In Here and Build4Life Training Programs.

Mother/Trekkie

A mother of two—Michael and Nicole—Anne-Marie is also the foster-parent of her 10 year old nephew Roydel. Needless to say, she has experienced the joys of camping, trumpet rehearsals and the Girl Scout-Karate Van Pool! An avid reader and Star Trek fan, she loves to travel and enjoy the great outdoors with her husband Charles.
